(The chicken fabric is from Holland--I bought it at the Dutch quilt show a couple of years ago.)
Here are all the blocks laid out on my design floor...it was almost dark by the time I took the picture... I promise to take the picture of the finished quilt outside where it is nice and bright.
I have to add sashing and cornerstones and a pieced border still, but it feels good to have the blocks finished!
I did not repeat any of the fabrics except the red centres and the white background.
I also started making blue nine patches today the for 9-patch swap/mystery for the London Friendship Quilters' guild. I have 7 done so far. (I need to make 20 for the swap)
That's all for today. I may have some time to put a swoon together tomorrow night. I also have to piece the flannel backing for my Stars for My Friends mystery quilt...so much to do, sew little time.
Yippee for a final block on this one, you made your goal! The dutch print is cute, it sure shines in your quilt top ~
