Baby Quilt #3 DONE!

This is the last of three baby quilts that I have been working on for the last while.  My husband and I went for a bike ride after supper tonight and then sat in the gazebo--He read a book and I finished off the last two sides of the hand stitching on the binding.  Since it is the longest day of the year, I even had some daylight when I finished to take a few pictures to share on my blog.

I quilted and X in each four patch and in each brick.  I used lots of fun prints in this I Spy quilt.

This baby's parents were not born in Canada, but she was.

My Dad's violin has made an appearance in this quilt too.

My trusty quilt holder strikes again!

We went for a walk on the pier in Port Stanley on Sunday evening and stopped for some ice cream as well.  I took this picture when we were on the pier.

Christine and I are getting together to sew tomorrow.  We signed up for a swap and we need to get our projects done. They are due at the July meeting of the London Modern Quilt Guild.

  1. NICE I Spy baby quilt. A toddler will have fun identifying items. Coincidentally, I have the shoe fabric also for my I Spy quilt. Great time of the year to be near the water.
